Same availability in your own store and connected channels

Your own online store, the front desk POS, and Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia all use the same availability. When a cottage is booked on Airbnb, the same nights close in your own store and in the other channels, and you do not update calendars by hand.

How the channel manager keeps the channels up to date

  • A booking made in Johku closes the dates in the channels too.
  • A booking made in a channel arrives in Johku as a confirmed order and reduces availability.
  • A booking canceled in a channel is removed from Johku.
  • Johku updates available dates and the price for each day to the channels.

All bookings managed in one place

Channel bookings appear on the same order list as the sales from your own store and POS. You reply to messages from Booking.com and Airbnb guests directly from the order in Johku, and bookings from the channels get a smart lock door code the same way as your own bookings.

You decide where and at what price

You choose for each property which channels it is sold in. You can price the channels differently from your own store and still sell the same availability, or keep the best weeks of the season for your own sales.

Dozens of channels

In addition to Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia, for example Agoda, Hotelbeds, Trip.com, Vrbo, Hostelworld and Google Hotels. If your property is now in another channel manager, the old one is disconnected and Johku takes its place, because a channel can only have one channel manager in use at a time.

The channel manager is an add-on service with its own monthly price. Johku charges no commission on bookings that come through the channels.
