Johku Support is Johku's own help site (in Finnish), open around the clock. There you find step-by-step guides on everything from onboarding and pricing to the online store, POS, sales channels and reporting.
Connect the guides to your own AI assistant. When you connect Johku Support to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask about using Johku in your own words, in your own context. The AI assistant looks up the answer in Johku's guides and tells you which guide the answer comes from. This way, Johku's guides go with you wherever you already work.
The connection does not require logging in. The AI assistant reads only the public guides, not your shop's orders or customer data.
