The customer picks a day and a departure time from the calendar, enters the number of participants and pays online right away. Johku calculates the price from their choices, so you don't have to answer price questions in the middle of a guided tour.
Prices by participant
You can set separate prices for adults, children and other participant groups, and the customer selects each group with its own selector. If the same trip has departures of different lengths, each duration has its own price.
Departures and group size under control
- Maximum number of participants per departure
- Minimum number of participants per order, if the trip requires it
- Open departures where different customers book spots, or private departures for a single group
- Departure times by weekday and season
When needed, you can add a participant to a full departure in Johku admin, once extra capacity has been set for that departure.
Equipment and transport in the same order
The customer adds rental equipment, transport or packed lunches to the same order, and you see their choices in the booking details.
