Groups and business customers in the same system

A company outing or a school class trip is often agreed by email, and the invoice goes to a different address than the person who made the booking. In Johku, the details of the person who orders and of the organization being invoiced are handled separately, so the invoice goes to the right payer.

A quote the customer accepts on their own

You put the trip, transport and meals together into one quote, and the customer accepts it through a confirmation link. The confirmation is not left in an email thread: the quote, confirmation and invoice travel on the same order.

Deposit first, balance later

You can collect a deposit in advance and the balance by payment link or invoice closer to the date. When the balance is paid online, Johku reminds the customer about it with a message, and you see the payment status of both installments on the order.

Billing details saved

Business customers' billing details are saved in the customer register, so you don't need to ask for them again next time.
