In the price calendar, every night has its own price, the same way as on Booking.com. When a property is connected to channels, prices and restrictions go to the channels as they are.
Not just one price
For the same room type, you create several rate levels, for example a room price and a per-person price with child rates. A derived rate level follows the base price by the euro amount you set, so its prices are not maintained separately. In the channels, each rate level is its own rate plan.
Rules that guide bookings
For each day, you set minimum nights, maximum length of stay, blocked arrival and departure days and a stop sell. For a longer booking, you can give a lower price from the second night on.
Breakfast as its own product
You sell breakfast and other extras with a different VAT rate as their own products. The guest adds them to the booking, and each line is recorded with the right VAT rate. When breakfast repeats for every morning of the booking, the daily booking report shows the kitchen the number of breakfasts for each day.
