You can multiply catering quantities by the number of participants, so coffee and lunches are billed for the right number of people without counting by hand.
A time slot for the program
A bookable add-on service, such as a sauna session or a guided tour, has its own availability, and you can schedule it, for example, to start right after the meeting.
