You write the venue's practical instructions once, and Johku sends them to everyone who books, by email or text message, exactly when you have set them to go. The person who booked knows how to get into the venue, when they can start setting up and how to leave the venue.
A self-service venue with a smart lock
If the venue has a smart lock, Johku creates a door code of its own for the booking and sends it to the person who booked. The code is tied to the booking, and there are no keys to hand over.
Closing instructions at the right time
You can also schedule a message relative to the end of the booking, so the cleaning and locking instructions arrive just before the event ends.
You see what has been sent
Sent messages show in the order details, and you can resend a message if the person who booked can't find it.
