A larger event is agreed together with the customer. In Johku, you put the venue, catering and program together into a quote and send the customer a link where they accept it. The confirmation doesn't get lost in an email thread; it shows on the order.
The venue stays reserved while the customer decides
A quote reserves the venue from availability right away, so it isn't sold online to someone else while the customer is deciding.
Changes on the same order
When the number of participants or the program changes before confirmation, you edit the same order, and there's no need to build a new quote from scratch.
Payment link or invoice after acceptance
After accepting, the customer pays with a payment link or by invoice. You can also collect a deposit with a payment link and the balance closer to the event, in which case Johku reminds the customer about the final payment.
