Säynätsalo Town Hall, designed by Alvar Aalto, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the northern end of Lake Päijänne, about 15 km from the center of Jyväskylä.
Its website and shop run on Johku in seven languages. The same shop sells accommodation in the town hall's rooms and apartments, admission tickets and guided tours, venues for meetings and celebrations, bicycle and fat bike rentals, and partners' services such as Aalto2 admission tickets and lunch on Juurikkasaari.
