In Johku, the details of the person who orders and of the organization being invoiced are handled separately, so the invoice goes to the right payer.
The whole group's equipment on one order
You book several pieces of equipment for the same time on one order. Johku assigns the bookings to available equipment. You can send the whole package as a quote, which the customer accepts with a confirmation link.
Deposit first, balance later
You can collect a deposit in advance and the balance by payment link or invoice closer to the date. When the balance is paid online, Johku reminds the customer about it with a message, and you see the payment status of both installments on the order.
Billing details saved
Business customers' billing details are saved in the customer register, so you don't need to ask for them again next time.
