In Johku, each service of your resort is its own product with its own availability, prices and messages. Guests buy them online in one go, and you sell the same places at the POS.
Ready-made templates for different services
From the Johku Product Library, you pick a ready-made template, for example for a cottage, a sauna, an activity, a ticket or a venue, and adapt it to your needs. For an activity you set departure times and capacity, for rental equipment an hourly or daily price.
A package where the guest picks the times
In a package, the guest chooses the sauna session time, the menu and the transport already when booking, and the order does not go through before the required choices are made.
One sauna, different products
The sauna's public sessions and private sessions are different products that share the same sauna. Once places in a public session have been sold, the same time can no longer be booked as private.
Tickets and gift cards
You check tickets at the door with Johku Reader. Gift cards and multi-visit tickets work with codes online and at the POS.
Transport with pick-up points
You add transport with its pick-up points to a package or sell it as a route with stops. The driver checks passengers in by phone from the QR code on their ticket.
