A regular visitor buys a multi-visit card, someone giving a present buys a gift card, online or at the POS. The customer uses the card's code when booking, and Johku keeps track of uses and the balance.
A multi-visit card for regulars
A multi-visit card holds an agreed number of visits, for example ten sauna sessions. You can give one code that holds all the visits, or a separate code for each visit, and set a validity period for the card, for example a season. The customer can see for themselves how many visits are left on the card.
A gift card as a code by email
The gift card code goes to the buyer by email, and the recipient uses the code when booking in the online store or paying at the POS.
Balance and validity in one search
A code check shows you a single code's value or remaining visits, its validity and the uses so far, and you can extend the validity if needed. You see gift card and multi-visit card sales and uses in their own reports for your accounting.
