The customer pays online when booking, on site at the POS or by invoice. All sales come together in the same Johku, so you don't have to combine the figures from your online store, POS and invoicing by hand.
Money goes straight to your account
Johku does not handle your money. Online and card terminal payments go through the payment provider you choose, straight to your account, and you make your own agreement with the payment provider. It's worth making the choice at the start of onboarding, because it determines which payment methods your customers see.
Online and on site
Online, the customer pays by Finnish online bank payment, card or MobilePay. On site, you sell with Johku POS, which works in a browser on a computer or a mobile device. You take card payments with a card terminal integrated with Johku, and with some payment providers a phone also works as a card terminal. Sports benefits (Finnish employee benefits) are accepted as a payment method.
Deposit and final payment
You can split the payment for a booking into two installments: the customer pays a deposit when booking and the final payment before the booking starts. Johku reminds the customer about the final payment with a message that includes a payment link, and you see the payment status of both installments on the order.
By invoice
You can invoice companies, associations and groups. The invoiced customer's details are saved in the customer register, and you can send a larger package as a quote that the customer accepts through a confirmation link, or as a payment link.
Refunds from the same order
When you credit a canceled order, the amount paid through Visma Pay (a Finnish payment provider) or through MobilePay connected directly to Johku is refunded to the customer from Johku. You don't need to make a separate visit to the payment provider's portal.
