Verla World Heritage Site

Verla is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Kymenlaakso, 32 kilometers from the center of Kouvola, and the only forest industry site on the World Heritage List. The mill village is home to UPM Verla factory museum and Verlan Mökit, and both handle their sales with Johku.

The museum, that is the groundwood mill and the board mill, can be visited only on a guided tour, and a tour ticket can be bought in advance from the online shop for the time you want. Verla's Klubi and Seuratalo venues are also booked with Johku. Ticket sales, guided tours and venue bookings are handled both online and on site.

Verlan Mökit are the World Heritage Site's protected cottages and cabins. They are owned by UPM-Kymmene Oyj, and Repovalkea Oy / Tervarumpu is responsible for booking management and maintenance. With Johku, the business sells accommodation in the Valkeala Bostad cottages, Raili-Kaarina, the Hirsniemi cabins and the office manager's home, as well as gift cards.

Johku's live laboratory, where every feature is always tested in a real business.
