Events and ticketing

You create showtimes, halls and ticket types in Johku and sell tickets online and at the POS. If you use numbered seats, customers can choose their seats on a seat map that you order separately.

At the door, you scan mobile tickets with Johku Reader, which marks each ticket as used and stops the same ticket from being used again. You sell intermission refreshments and merchandise at the same Johku POS. You follow visitor numbers in Johku's reports.

The Johku Support guides linked on this page are in Finnish.

✔

Updating event descriptions and language versions

For example: “How many tickets have we sold for Saturday's show?” The assistant fetches the number of tickets sold for that show from Johku.
