Extensibility

Johku's Zapier connection triggers automations from orders, bookings, product notifications and payment transactions. This lets you move the data you need to a CRM, a spreadsheet, email marketing or reporting, for example, without copying it by hand. To start using the Zapier connection, you ask Johku support for an invitation. Move only the data the automation needs to external services, and update your shop's privacy statement if needed.

With Max, Johku is connected to your own AI assistant, Claude or ChatGPT. Your business context, together with the assistant's skills and AI prompts, guides how Johku's data and functions are used. The assistant fetches the information you ask for from Johku, and the data is processed under the terms of the AI service you choose.
