With the Netvisor connection, Johku automatically sends new receipts, payments and stock changes to Netvisor, the Finnish financial management software. Invoices created in Johku move to Netvisor to be sent to the customer, so you do not need to transfer the same sales data by hand.
You can also invoice directly in Johku. Without a Netvisor or Ropo24 connection, a Johku PDF invoice can be sent to the customer by email. With the Netvisor connection, the invoice is delivered through Netvisor. With the Ropo24 connection, the invoice data moves to Ropo, a Finnish invoicing service, which sends the invoice and tracks its payment.

Johku Max: ask about invoices and payments
With Max, you ask your own AI assistant about the status of invoices, receipts and payments. The assistant fetches the details from Johku's orders, receipts and reports.
✔ | Unpaid and overdue invoices |
✔ | Payments received by payment method |
✔ | Refunds and refund receipts |
For example: “Which invoices are overdue and still unpaid?” The assistant fetches the unpaid invoices from Johku and sorts them by due date.
