Johku POS runs in a web browser, so you can use an up-to-date computer or mobile device with an internet connection as your POS device.
You can have an unlimited number of POS stations. You build a view for each one: for the accommodation front desk, for selling activities and rental equipment, for ticket sales or for selling regular products. You take card payments with an integrated card terminal, which requires a payment service agreement with Visma Pay (a Finnish payment provider). You make the agreement yourself with the payment provider.
The Johku Support guides linked on this page are in Finnish.

Johku Max: ask for your POS figures
In Max, you ask your own AI assistant for your POS sales figures. The assistant fetches the data from Johku's reports and breaks it down by POS and by payment method.
✔ | Sales and payment methods by POS |
✔ | Comparing POS sales by season |
✔ | Best-selling products at the POS and in the online store |
For example: “How much did the beach kiosk POS sell yesterday, and with which payment methods?” The assistant builds the POS sales report and breaks the payments down by payment method.
