Partnerships, reselling and dynamic cross-selling

You bring a partner's products into your own online store, POS or self-service kiosk, and you take your own products into the partner's sales channel. The product details, prices and availability come from the product owner's Johku, and the customer's order is created directly in the product owner's shop.

The sales channel sets a default commission or agrees a percentage of its own with each partner, which the partner sees before accepting. When both merchants use Visma Pay (a Finnish payment provider) and the customer pays through Visma Pay, the payment and the commission are settled automatically to the right merchants. With other payment methods, Johku creates a confirmed order for the commission share, which the sales channel then invoices the partner for, either separately or on a combined invoice.

The Johku Support guides linked on this page are in Finnish.
