Reporting

In Johku, you report on sales, payments received, bookings, occupancy rates and accounting material. The dashboard shows how sales are developing, the orders waiting to be processed, and your best-selling products, best customers and top sales channels.

You choose the report type, the date range and the filters the report supports. Every report you create is saved in the Report archive, and you can schedule a recurring report to be created automatically. You create accommodation statistics in Johku in the required format and send them to Statistics Finland, the national statistics agency in Finland.

The Johku Support guides linked on this page are in Finnish.

Johku Max: ask for your reports

With Max, you ask your own AI assistant about your Johku figures in your own words. The assistant bases its answer on Johku's reports and puts together the comparison or summary you ask for.

✔

Sales by product, limited to product groups when needed

✔

Sales by sales channel and by point of sale

✔

Occupancy and length of stay

✔

Comparison with the same period last year

✔

Figures and summaries from the accounting reports

For example: “Compare this July's sales with last July.” The assistant fetches the sales figures for both periods from Johku's reports and breaks the difference down by product and by sales channel.
