Do I need previous experience with AI?
No previous experience is needed. You write to the assistant in plain language. Your dedicated specialist connects the assistant and builds the first skills with you.
Can the assistant make mistakes?
Yes, just as a person can. You check the changes in Johku admin, just as before. The assistant works with administrator credentials, and deleting always requires confirmation.
Which of my data does the AI service see?
The assistant fetches from Johku what you ask about. After that, the data is processed under the terms of the AI service you choose. In the meeting, we go through which assistant and which settings suit your business.
Do I commit for a long time?
An annual subscription is a 12-month commitment. On a monthly subscription, you use Max one month at a time.
