Meeting point and gear instructions go out automatically

You write the instructions once, and Johku sends them to everyone who books, by email or text message, exactly when you have set them to go. The customer knows where to be, at what time and what to bring, and you don't have to call anyone separately.

The right instructions for the right trip

You can write instructions for each trip, so someone who books a paddling trip gets the paddling gear instructions and someone who books a husky ride gets their own. The confirmation goes out as soon as the booking is made, and the advance instructions and reminder at the time you choose before the departure. Customers who booked through Bókun channels get the same instructions too.

You see who is coming

The participant report shows the participants of each departure and their choices, so you know before the departure how many gear sets and transport seats you need.

You see what has been sent

Sent messages show in the order details, and you can resend a message if the customer can't find it.

When routine messages go out on their own, you have time for what automation doesn't do: answering questions and handling exceptions, such as departures moved because of the weather.
