A resort's sales come from accommodation, activities, rentals and different service points. In Johku's reports, you look at these separately and follow accommodation occupancy.
Accommodation occupancy
The occupancy report by product shows occupancy and length of stay. The report by resource shows the occupancy of a single room or cottage. Both compare the figures with the same period last year.
Sales by service
The sales report breaks sales down by product. The report by product type shows how sales are split between, for example, accommodation, activities and rentals. The figures in the sales reports are based on receipts, not on open bookings.
Online store, POS registers and sales channels
The report by sales channel shows the sales of your own online store, each POS and the connected sales channels. You can look at the figures for the front desk, the restaurant and the rental shop when each uses its own POS location in Johku.
You choose the period for the report. You can schedule recurring reports to be created automatically, and you find earlier reports in the Report archive.
