Every order saves the customer's details in the same customer register, so you don't need to keep a separate customer list.
In the order-specific portal, customers see their order and download the receipt without logging in. Once you have switched on the request features, they can also ask to cancel the order or move the booking. You handle the requests and make the actual changes in Johku. Logged-in customers also see all their orders, tickets and gift cards, and the collections opened to them.

Johku Max: put your customer data to use by asking
In Max, you ask your own AI assistant about your customers in your own words. The assistant puts the answer together from the customer register and purchase data. It also handles invitations to collections for you.
✔ | Customer search and a customer's purchase history |
✔ | Top customers by purchases |
✔ | Repeat purchases by customer group |
✔ | Inviting customers to collections in one go |
✔ | Validity periods of collection memberships |
For example: “Invite last year's ten best customers to the collection, with membership until the end of the year.” The assistant finds the customers by their purchases and sends the invitations in one go.
