Your customers' own portal

Every order has its own page, which the customer opens from the link in the order confirmation, without a username or password. There they find the information they would otherwise ask you for by phone or email.

The link also goes to customers who booked through connected sales channels.

What the customer handles on their own

  • Checks the order: products, add-on services, total, terms and payment method
  • Downloads the receipt as a PDF file
  • Adds the booking to their own calendar
  • Sees the smart lock door code when the place has a smart lock
  • Checks in and out on their own phone when you use self check-in

Cancellation and reschedule requests come to you to decide

When you turn requests on, the customer can ask to cancel or reschedule, and for a reschedule request they pick the new time they would like from the calendar. The request does not change the booking automatically. It arrives on the order, and you decide according to your own order and cancellation terms. If your bookings are binding, you leave requests turned off.

An account for regular customers

The customer can create an account with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a one-time code sent to their email. They then see all their orders, tickets and gift cards in one place and can check their own personal details.

The portal pages are built from the order details, so you don't have to build or update them.
