From a question to a comparison
Ask for a summary of any period, narrow it to a product group or compare sales channels. The assistant uses the figures calculated by Johku's reports. You can check the results in the same reports in Johku admin.
Sales, customers and comparisons by asking
Sales by product and channel
When you ask for July sales by product group, the assistant gets the figures from Johku's sales reports and breaks them down by product, sales channel and point of sale.
Customers and repeat purchases
You can also ask your assistant about customers' purchases and repeat purchases. The reports show one customer's purchases, repeat purchases by customer group and a customer's total purchases. You can also run the reports in use in your shop yourself in Johku admin when needed.
Comparison and summary
When you ask for a comparison with the same period last year, the assistant gets the figures for both periods and builds a summary. You can check the figures in the reports in Johku admin if needed. Once the figures are in your conversation, you can combine them with other sources and ask the assistant to build a new dashboard from the result in your Johku.
Good to know
The assistant acts with administrator credentials.
The assistant reads figures and does not change them. Queries do not create new reports in the report archive. Reporting in Johku admin works as before.
In a dashboard, Johku data refreshes automatically. Data from other sources shows the situation on the day the dashboard was created.
Your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, is your own subscription and is not included in Max.
Example
You ask: “Summarize June sales by product group and compare them with last year.” The assistant gets both Junes' sales from Johku's reports and shows the difference by product group and sales channel.

Getting started
