In Johku Max, you can ask your AI assistant to build this into a view of its own in Johku admin. Once you activate the view, you find it in the admin menu. It fetches up-to-date data each time you open it.
Your own reports and tools for your work
The same way, you can build your own reports and tools with the assistant. You can run a report when needed or schedule it, and download a saved report as a PDF.
Before you activate anything, you see what it reads and what it can do. An administrator approves reports and tools that change data or send email.

First you see what it does
When the assistant has saved a report, dashboard or tool, Johku admin explains in plain language what it reads, what it can change and who it sends email to. The preview runs the report without saving or sending anything.
Reports on time and as PDFs
You run an activated report when needed or schedule it. A finished report can reach your shop's users by email once an administrator has approved a report that includes sending. You download a saved report as a PDF file.
Tools in your own menu
When you approve a dashboard or tool, you add it to the admin view of the users you choose as a menu section of its own. Changes made by a tool are recorded under the user's name, and the tool can ask for confirmation before saving.
How the view stays with you
Preview the dashboard your assistant built in Johku admin. When the view matches your need, select Approve and activate and add it to the admin view of the users you choose. From then on, you find it in its own menu section.
Good to know
The assistant proposes, you decide: an administrator approves reports and tools that change data or send email. A read-only report is available as soon as one of your shop's own users with sufficient rights saves it.
When the assistant changes an approved report or tool, a new version is created and waits for approval again.
Your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, is your own subscription and is not included in Max.
