Gift vouchers, or value cards, created by Johku are a versatile way to generate additional sales for your shop. Create fixed or open value gift cards that can be used online, at the checkout - and even in another Johku merchant's shop if you wish!
You can create gift cards with a fixed or open value. With an open value gift card, the customer can set the value between the minimum and maximum you specify.
Johku's gift cards will automatically generate a QR code and a text code. The customer can use their text code on the checkout page of the Johku online store. At the cash desk, the gift card can be used by reading the QR code with a code reader, or by entering the text code.
With Johku's gift card, you decide whether it should be used at once or whether the same code can be used for multiple orders. You can also set an expiry date on the gift card and limit its use to products in certain product categories.
Gift cards purchased from the online shop will automatically be sent to the customer in a separate email. In Johku's POS functionality, gift cards can be printed in addition to being sent, either from the integrated payment terminal or from a separate receipt printer.
You can turn on a pdf templates for your gift card, which will place the gift card details to a pdf template based on your size and text style selections. Template also allows you to set your own background image for the gift card. The pdf template is available for gift card email deliveries.
Johku's cross-selling also extends to gift cards. You can share the use of your gift card with the Johku merchants in your sales channel. If the gift card is used in another store, Johku will automatically generate an open order to your Johku to be billed from the other merchant.
You can track the sales and use of Johku's gift cards in the Sales Report for Accounting report and in the separate Value Card report.
The code check functionality allows you to check the gift card code by code. The code you enter will tell you the details of the order, the remaining value of the gift card, the expiry date and how it has been used. You can also change the expiry date of the gift card if needed.
