Johku supports several payment processors. Connect the one that best suits your business and customer base: Visma Pay, Paytrail, Stripe or PayPal - or have multiple connected at same time! The customer chooses the most suitable payment method for his order from the options offered by the payment processor.
Visma Pay and Paytrail offer customers Finnish online bank payments, mobile wallets and Visa and Mastercard payments. Stripe and PayPal focus on versatile credit card payments.
The deployment of online payment methods will be done with payment processor-specific keys in Johku. All you need is a payment processor contract with the service provider of your choice. You can create a Visma Pay application directly in Johku.
Visma Pay is a strategic partner of Johku and offers all the key payment methods for online shopping. For merchants, Visma Pay enables e.g. payment returns via Johku, card payment via an integrated payment terminal and payment for products from different merchants with the same transaction in Johku cross-selling.
The payment methods enabled by the payment processor are presented either in the portal that opens after the Johku order page or directly on the order page, depending on the payment processor chosen by the customer. The payment method can be changed before the payment is made.
The online payment process with a payment processor is secure and worry-free. Customers are given two hours to make a payment using the payment method of their choice. The payment processor only sends the customer a message indicating that the payment has been successfully made, without any payment card or other payment details.
Johku only invoices the merchant for its own commission from online and other sales generated in the store. Each payment processor charges its own costs directly from the merchant.
Paytrail is a Finnish payment service provider, part of the Nets/Nexi group. Through Paytrail you have access to all the online payment methods you need.
PayPal Checkout allows your customers to pay using PayPal, credit and debit cards and other locally significant payment methods.
Stripe Checkout allows your customers to pay using a wide range of payment methods globally.
Smartum online payments allow your customer to use employee benefits as online payment method.
The ePassport allows your customer to use employee benefits for online payment.
With AliPay, Chinese tourists can easily pay directly from their phone. AliPay is displayed in Johku as a separate payment method provided by Stripe.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
