In Johku, you manage and track sales receipts and related transactions in a dedicated tab. At a glance, you can see unpaid receipts and you can highlight sales made from a specific POS, for example.
The Receipts page lists all the sales receipts and invoices for your shop. For example, you can filter out receipts for a specific period, receipts from a specific POS, refunds and unpaid invoices.
The receipt shows clearly the products ordered, the method of payment, the source channel of the order and the dates of the order as well as the payment. From the receipt, you can manually resend the payment confirmation to the customer or print the receipt, if necessary.
The time, amount and method of payment used are automatically recorded on the receipt. For Visma Pay transactions, a Visma Pay account number is also provided, which you can use to view more information about the transaction on vismapay.com. No card details or similar sensitive data from the payment are transmitted to Johku and remain with the payment processor.
If a gift card or serial ticket has been used to pay for the order, this will be specified on the receipt with the code information. The code can be checked using the Johku's Code Check functionality.
With Visma Netvisor integration, all receipts are automatically sent to Netvisor. The sending time will be displayed on the receipt. In case of problems, the receipt can be re-transferred to Netvisor directly from the receipt details.
The POS functionality includes an optimised Transactions or receipt list for POS use. From this receipt list, it is possible to refund a receipt, print a receipt afterwards and print or send tickets as well as value cards afterwards.
You can both refund the customer's receipt and delete their reservations, or simply make only the refund. If you use Visma Pay, creating the refund transaction to the customer is automated.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
