Johku enables versatile automated communication to the customer. In addition to automated transaction-specific confirmation messages, the merchant can also use email or text messaging directly linked to the product or individual resource.
When placing an order, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from Johku, depending on the payment method chosen. All confirmation messages contain an automatic summary of the products and services ordered by the customer, including booking times and prices.
With messages linked to a product or resource, i.e. scheduled notifications, you enhance customer communication: reminders, PIN code messages, thank you messages, feedback surveys... You decide when each message is sent to the customer.
When you set up Johku, templates for confirmation messages and general messages in the order process are automatically generated. You can use the template texts directly or edit them to your liking.
For scheduled notifications, you can use tags to include information about the customer's order and reservation in the message content. When using smart lock integrations in Johku, it is also possible to automatically import a lock-generated pin code into the message.
When ordering mobile tickets or value cards from Johku, the customer will automatically receive a message with the purchased ticket or value card in addition to the confirmation message. A separate message makes it easier to check the ticket and use the value card code at the POS.
Johku has built-in text messaging. You can choose to send product and resource messages automatically to your customers.
By default, the merchant will receive a copy of each order confirmation message. In scheduled notifications, it is possible to create messages that are sent only to the set email or sms: to the shopkeeper, the maintenance person, the cleaner, the guide...
You can conveniently see the messages sent to your customers directly from the order. In addition, the scheduled notifications page allows you to monitor the sending of scheduled notifications in more detail. It is also possible to resend messages to the customer.
Johku can be connected to external marketing automation systems at various levels through the Zapier platform. These can be used to build, for example, additional sales-related communication at a larger level or even after-sales processes.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
