In Johku, invoicing can be used for both online and brick-and-mortar purchases, in addition to the free creation of invoices in the management system. So Johku is also a proper invoicing system.
Depending on the merchant's preference, the online shop can offer invoicing as a payment method for organisational customers. In this case, the customer is asked not only for the employees's details, but also for the company's details, including their company ID and e-invoice address.
Cashiers can be given the option to process invoice transactions either by sending invoices immediately from the POS. Alternatively, the final invoice is sent only from the management side and the cashier only places the order ready for invoicing.
Johku itself sends PDF-formatted email invoices. E-invoicing is easy to do through e-invoicing operators.
Johku processes personal and organisational data separately. This makes it easier to invoice and manage customers, especially for larger companies.
Johku automatically creates an invoice in the Visma Netvisor financial management system with the status "unsent". If Netvisor has automatic sending enabled for invoices received through API, the invoice is automatically sent to the customer without any further action. Otherwise, the invoice is sent to the customer when the merchant sends the invoice manually in Netvisor. When an invoice is registered as paid in Netvisor, it is also marked as paid in Johku.
Johku is integrated into the Ropo24 service. Johku transmits invoice data to the service. Ropo24 automatically handles the sending of the invoice and the entire payment monitoring, including the collection processes. When an invoice is registered as paid in Ropo24, it is also marked as paid in Johku.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
