Johku also supports payment with cultural and sports benefits. For online payments, ePassi and Smartum payment methods are available. At the checkout, you can receive sports and cultural benefits as well as other benefits through vouchers.
Johku supports ePassi and Smartum online payment methods. You can use both! The customer pays with employee benefits securely in the ePassi/Smartum portal that opens after the Johku checkout page.
Employee benefits are accepted vouchers at the cash desk. Create the vouchers you want, with either a fixed or open value. Vouchers can be selected as payment methods directly at the checkout. The customer makes the payment in the mobile app or by giving a physical voucher.
You choose where the benefits can be used for online and POS sales. ePassi and Smartum online payments are allowed directly in the product settings. For vouchers, you limit the use of vouchers based on the product category.
Employee benefits can also be used to buy tickets and value cards in Johku. If the ticket or value card is purchased using ePassi or Smartum online payment, the customer's name will automatically appear on the ticket and value card purchased, as the benefit is always personal.
Johku's vouchers can also be used for member or similar benefits, where the business is billed for a percentage of the member's purchase and the member pays the rest themselves, either at the cash desk or online. Johku will then automatically generate an order billed from the company and a separate order for the customer for the paid portion.
Johku's Sales and Payments reports specify ePassi and Smartum online payments as well as vouchers as separate payment methods. In addition, a separate voucher report is available for monitoring voucher use.
The ePassport allows your customer to use employee benefits for online payment.
Smartum online payments allow your customer to use employee benefits as online payment method.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
