In Johku, you manage different types of deliveries. You can create and use deliveries in traditional product shipments as well as in the management of cleaning and similar processes. With Shipit integration, you bring versatility to the logistics of the products you buy.
You decide what and what kind of delivery methods you add to your shop. You can create delivery methods manually and decide whether they will be displayed to the customer or only appear internally in the administration.
Delivery methods can be configured for each product or product category. Specify a delivery method for the whole product category or only for certain products, or exclude a specific product from a delivery method.
You can add your own scheduled communication to the delivery methods. In this case, the customer will automatically receive a message according to the timing when the delivery method is included in the order.
With Shipit integration, you can display delivery point selections in the customer ordering process based on the address information entered by the customer. You can price the shipping method options yourself or use Shipit prices. Johku also provides you an opportunity to print shipping documents and send a tracking link for delivery to the customer.
Through the Workflow functionality, you can manage specific delivery workflows such as cleaning, room service and restaurant orders. You schedule and define the conditions under which a delivery appears in the work queue and how it is processed.
