Each Johku mobile ticket is unique and contains a QR code that can be checked with Johku's built-in Johku Reader. With ticket verification, you not only prevent ticket reuse, but also track verified visitor numbers on Johku.
Johku includes ticket verification. Browser based Johku Reader checks the QR code of a ticket scanned with your smartphone's camera or code reader and signs it as used.
Johku's visitor, distributor and booking reports list the number of visitors to products based on the number of tickets purchased.
In Johku you can see directly the booking situation for each date. If you use the shows with the seating map, the available and reserved seats or the seats in the customer's shopping cart are displayed in real time both in Johku and in the online shop for the customer.
The number of scanned or checked tickets is listed on the POS show list in real time, allowing the cashier to keep track of the number of tickets still coming in. For excursions and the like, the number of scanned tickets is displayed on the reservation report.
Create different ticket price groups according to your needs and place the tickets you want in them. Johku also allows you to use the same ticket in different price plans at the same time. The changes will be applied directly to new ticket sales.
If the ticket was purchased online or at the POS via email, you will see the ticket message delivered to the customer directly in the order details.
In Johku, you can resend a mobile ticket to a customer by email even if the ticket was originally purchased and printed at the checkout. Tickets can also be reprinted.
You decide on a per pricing basis whether or not Johku serial tickets are included in this pricing. If you wish, you can also receive serial tickets from other merchants in your sales channel and limit their use to specific pricing.
Johku and Zapier can be used to automate processes related to ticket scanning. For example, you can link a customer to a specific marketing automation list when their ticket is scanned.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
