Streamlined check-in/checkout processes
In Johku, you can manually check your customers in and out yourself and attach customer communications to this, for example in the form of SMS messages. You can also automate this process and offer it to your customers as a self-service, for example directly to their mobile phone.
Processing of prepayments
Johku understands how to handle prepayments and calculates them automatically. These are shown on Johku's sales reports for accounting purposes. In addition, Johku can also communicate the advances to Visma Netvisor to the appropriate balance sheet accounts.
Sales and accommodation reporting
Johku Reporting enables sales to be examined and developed from many different angles. Sales reports show when orders come in, reservation reports show the distribution for different periods and accommodation statistics give a snapshot of the booking time, stay, number of guests, etc.
Built-in Channel Manager
With Johku's internal channel management, you can connect your accommodation to key OTA channels around the world. No longer do you need to install a separate channel manager, you can link directly from the product.
Reporting to Statistics Finland
Johku automatically transfers the statistics on accommodation to Statistics Finland by direct transfer.
Cross-selling without hierachy
Each Johku merchant can also sell another merchant's products under the name of the original merchant. This enables a whole new kind of collaboration, where everyone can also market and sell their partners' solutions and generate a direct revenue stream.
Payment links
Payment links make preliminary reservations both transactional and profitable. You can easily go through the product features with your customer over the phone and then send a payment link to finalise the order at your end.
Taking payments from virtual cards
Together with Visma Pay, Johku supports taking payments from e.g. Booking.com virtual cards. You just start the payment transaction directly from the order.
